LatinX Mental Health & Wellness Virtual Summit – A Call to Action: Politicizing Our Practice

DAY 1 – November 6, 2020

This Keynote will challenge participants to develop and explore what a “politicized” and “decolonized” frame may look like when working with impacted communities. We will explore conscious emotional and wellness lenses that place equity and social consciousness as helpful foundational tools. We will make connections between the impact of colonization and supremacy on our current cultural and political climate and how this affects mental health, educational and healthcare systems. We will explore how a lack of mental health access and oppression impedes emotional health and all other liberation movements.

In order to participate in the LatinX Mental Health & Wellness Virtual Summit, registration is required to obtain a TICKET Somos El Cambio, We Are the Change! Registration
