Career Panel and Q&A for Post-Master’s Fellows

Post-Masters fellows are invited to sit in on a panel with four licensed masters-level clinicians, including LCSWs and LMFTs, who are pursuing various career paths. Panelists include both Kaiser Permanente clinicians as well as licensed therapists at other companies and in private practice. In the first half hour, panelists will answer prepared questions about their job responsibilities, career paths, and trajectories and offer advice to those interested in similar jobs. In the second half hour, panelists will invite questions from the fellows. Fellows are welcome to pre-submit questions to the Wellness & Outreach Liaisons, who will be moderating the discussion, or ask questions that emerge as they hear the panelists talk. Pre-masters interns who are curious about full-time employment possibilities down the road are also welcome to attend.
