MHTP Professional Development Event: Professional Development Panel and Q&A

Trainees are invited to sit in on a panel featuring four licensed therapists pursuing various career paths to learn more about the diverse trajectories a mental health career can take. The panel will include Kaiser Permanente clinicians as well as therapists at other companies or in private practice. In the first hour, the panelists will answer pre-prepared questions about their job responsibilities, career paths and trajectories, and offer advice to those interested in similar jobs. In the second hour, panelists will open up the event for trainee questions. Trainees are welcome to pre-submit questions to the Professional Development and Wellness Liaisons, who will be moderating the discussion, or ask questions that emerge as they hear the panelists talk.
