Trainees are invited to take a break in their workday to relax, recharge, and practice self-care. Two facilitators from Mindful Hub will join us to lead trainees in an hour of mindfulness and yoga practice. This year’s facilitators have not yet been scheduled, but historically we have welcomed veteran teachers of wellness, meditation, and mindfulness, as well as registered yoga teachers and yoga alliance-certified yoga instructors. The facilitators have integrated the practices to encourage trainees to focus on the breath and the present moment and get out of their chair to practice gentle yoga and reduce stress!
