The Outreach and Wellness Liaisons are excited to welcome Lisa Hayes, Ed.D., LCSW, with the Mental Health Scholars Academy (MHSA) to lead a presentation on Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements for master’s level trainees.
This is primarily geared toward associates but will have some information for post-master’s trainees as well. Lisa will discuss qualifying to be an ASW, AMFT, or APCC, included needed forms, supervision requirements, and licensing exams. She will also discuss requirements for clinicians once they are licensed and tips for launching a career in mental health. Lastly, Lisa will take time to answer trainee questions.
