Dr. Dawn Hasemann, psychologist and Behavioral Health Manager for Kaiser’s Virtual Adapt Program (VADAPT) collaborated with the Mental Health Training Program this year to create a comprehensive overview of Problem Solving Therapy (PST). The training, which is available to trainees and KP staff via the Mental Health Training Program CE Library and KP Learn, covers the theoretical background of PST and highlights the empirical researching supporting its use. Using her own professional experiences, Dr. Hasemann provides case examples and anecdotes to illustrate the use of this straightforward treatment approach in a brief therapy format. This presentation is an excellent resource for new and seasoned clinicians who are interested in implementing PST in their practice.
