Natalie N. Vides-Boelke earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis. She began her career in the field of psychology, working as an advocate for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, where she developed a strong foundation in client-centered support and behavioral health services. Building on this experience, she went on to obtain her Master of Social Work from California State University, Sacramento.
Natalie has dedicated over 22 years to Kaiser Permanente, primarily working with adult populations and providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed care. Her experience includes work in intensive outpatient programs, as well as serving as a generalist clinician across both the Stockton and South Sacramento service areas. She also played a key role in helping to establish DBT orientation plus consultation group at Kaiser Permanente Stockton.
In 2013, Natalie began her leadership journey as a supervisor, motivated by a desire to give back and “pay it forward” to the mentors who supported her professional growth. She further expanded her leadership role in 2020 when she became a Training Director in South Sacramento, where she continues to support the development of future clinicians.
When the opportunity arose to help grow the Kaiser Permanente Counseling Center, Natalie eagerly embraced it, allowing her to focus more deeply on clinical supervision—a passion she has carried throughout her career.
