Hayley Ho

Hayley (she/her) received her B.S. in Health Informatics and Health Information Management from the University of Washington in 2020. She has 7+ years of experience in healthcare, starting off volunteering in a clinical care setting during her undergraduate years, then evolving through various administrative and operations roles before landing in project management. In 2023, she earned the Project Management Professional certification and Kaiser Permanente Certified Change Practitioner in Prosci Methodology.

Prior to joining the NCAL Mental Health Training Program, Hayley was a Project Manager under Kaiser Permanente Washington Risk Adjustment Services for 3 years, where she led several Risk Adjustment programs/projects across data submissions, integrity, and analytics functions. Hayley was also involved with the Asian & Pacific Islanders @ Kaiser Permanente (API@KP) Business Resource Group (BRG) first as a member and then as a co-lead for the Washington region. As a BRG leader, Hayley contributed to the development of BRG program planning and execution for enterprise and regional events. She looks forward to leveraging her experiences and skills to drive innovation and quality improvement under the NCAL Mental Health Training Program.

In her free time, Hayley enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, and exploring new restaurants.
